This site is dedicated to therapies, training and crystals. All therapies are carried out by Sheila, a trained Reiki Master, Crystal Therapist, Ear Candling Therapist and Colour Therapist. Sheila is also an Animal Communicator and Healer. Her psychic and spiritual abilities allow her to work closely with her Spiritual Guides and Angels to give a lovely relaxing therapy. Sizes shown on website descriptions are approximate sizes, although measurements are taken, this allows for minor discrepancies in how we measure items and how you may interpret the measurements on arrival. For example - We measure with a soft tape and the measurement is taken over the surface of the item. In items such as eggs where there is a bevel in the crystal, this may lead you to think that we have measured your item wrongly if you later measured your item along a rigid ruler.

There is no scientific proof, nor can we give any or guarantees that the therapies we offer will work for you in the way that you may expect. The most we can say is that it will be a pleasurable experience and you will feel completely relaxed following the treatment. However, there is some new research coming through which suggests that Reiki does give benefits in some medical conditions especially when combined with "conventional" medicine. You should not stop any medications or treatments, nor should you ignore any advice your GP has given you. All forms of holistic therapies are complimentary to any care or treatments you may already be receiving for any ongoing or new ailments.
There is no official scientific research to suggest that crystals or any other form of complimentary therapy actually works. Therefore no guarantee can be given as to the success of the use of the crystals when making purchases based on the recommendations you find on this website.
Shipping and Handling
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after 11.30am will be sent out the next working day. Orders over £50 are post free subject to the overall weight of the item(s). All items will be sent out by 2nd class post or Airmail (Internationally signed for) if outside the UK. Where packages are heavy we reserve the right to send out your parcel by an alternative delivery company such as D.H.L. and request additional postage if parcels exceed the standard 2kg.
Parcels do have to be signed for, we do realise that this can be inconvenient and therefore will deliver to a work address or a neighbour if requested to do so.

Although every attempt has been made to accurately portray our products all crystals are unique and may differ slightly in colour, size or shape from the illustration shown. If you are not happy with an item you ordered please return it to us well packaged, in the same condition that you received it, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. Return postage costs are not refundable.
Unfortunately, because of hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned to us unless faulty.

Return of damaged items
If an item is damaged on arrival or is found to be faulty please notify us within 24 hours by emailing email@example.com or by telephone on 07774629997 and let us know the problem. Send your item back within 14 days and we will either replace the item or refund your money.
Returns are sent at the customers expense with no refund being given for postage and packaging. It is recommended that all returns are returned to us by registered mail so that proof of posting is obtained and a signature is needed upon receipt. This proof of postage will be required should you need to make a claim in the event of a parcel being lost in the postal system. No responsibility is taken for items not being returned to us by Royal Mail or other postal operators.
Your right of cancellation and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (see below), providing the goods have not been fitted or modified in any way and providing they are returned with the original packaging and providing the goods are in a resalable condition.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must immediately send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order acknowledgement number and that you wish to cancel your order. You must then arrange for the goods to be returned to Trelawney Farm, Pensilva PL14 5NJ within 7 working days of informing us of your cancellation and returning them at your cost.
If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Holistic Measures at your own cost. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.
0nce you have notified Holistic Measures that you are cancelling the contract, we will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods only, but not for the packing and shipping costs, only after the cancelled items have been received in good condition by us.
If you do not return the goods as required, Holistic Measures may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the goods.
Should there be an occasion whereby we are unable to resolve an issue, Online dispute resolution according to Art. 14 (1) Regulation on consumer ODR: The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolutions (ODR) which can be accessed under http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
Payment for each order together with postage and packaging can be accepted by either of the following methods:

2. By cheque
When paying by cheque, fill in your order online and then choose the 'pay by cheque' option. Print out the displayed order form and send it, with your cheque, to:

Once your cheque has cleared, your items will be dispatched.
3. By direct payment into the Holistic Measures bank account - the details of these can be found at the payment stage of your order.
Credit / Debit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, payment is directed through the ssl server to the PayPal system, therefore no credit or debit card details are received or recorded. For security issues regarding this system please visit http://www.paypal.com. This means that none of your card details will be recorded or stored with us. We are fully PCI compliant and have a Security Metrics accreditation certificate.
You do not need to have a PayPal account to use PayPal, it will accept all “standard” credit and debit cards, although this is changing as PayPal encourages you to open an account with them which will increase your internet card security.
If you have a complaint, please email us at Customer Services or write or telephone explaining the nature of your complaint.
1. Acknowledgement of your complaint will be sent within 5 working days together with the name of the person dealing with your complaint.
2. Where possible your complaint should be resolved within 3 weeks of notification.
